THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into this 22nd day of July, 2024 by and between HURON VALLEY SCHOOLS (hereinafter the “School District”), a Michigan general powers School District, whose address is 2390 S. Milford Road, Highland, Michigan, 48357, and Rubbercycle, LLC (hereafter the “Contractor”), a New Jersey company, whose address is, 1985 Rutgers University Blvd., Lakewood, NJ 08701 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
