Pursuant to this agreement, the AAA is undertaking to utilize as online content the work above named, of which the undersigned is creator. In consideration thereof, the author hereby grants the AAA a nonexclusive license to display and use the work in all means of electronic media, of whatever kind or nature now and hereafter existing, whether hosted by AAA or as part of AAA’s official participation with another legal entity.
