We, the undersigned parent/guardian, have registered our child, , for the 2022-2023 school year in the Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church Preschool. We understand and agree that only in the event of dismissal of our child after enrollment will tuition be refunded on the pro rata portion of paid tuition. We also understand and agree to be responsible for the tuition until we have notified the Preschool Director of our child’s withdrawal, giving a two-week notice. Necessary tuition increases may be made with at least one month’s prior notice if the cost of school operation increases beyond the rate presently being charged. We agree to pay both September 2022 tuition and May 2023 tuition by August 1, 2022.
