This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and shall be effective as of the 31th day of October, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and among STELLAR BANK, having a principal place of business at 9 Greenway Plaza, Suite 110, Houston, TX 77046 (together with its successors and assigns, the “Bank”), and Travis Jaggers, an individual who resides in the State of Texas (“Employee”). This Agreement amends, supersedes and replaces, in its entirety, that certain Employment Agreement dated August 26, 2022, between Employee and CommunityBank of Texas, N.A. (the predecessor of Stellar Bank) (the “Prior Agreement”).
