THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter the "Agreement") is made this day of June, 2019 (the "Effective Date") by and between Routt County, (hereinafter the “County”), and CityView, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, an Ontario Corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc., with its place of business at 4464 Markham Street, Suite 1202, Victoria, BC, V8Z 7X8 (hereinafter the "Vendor"). The County and the Vendor are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as "Party" and hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."
