This Enterprise License Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between [LICENSOR] ("Licensor") and the enterprise end user licensee organization listed as the "Customer" (for purposes hereof, "Licensee") on the print or online order form or other order documentation (the "Order Form") associated with, and incorporated into, this Agreement, and governs Licensee's use of the [LICENSOR] products, materials, and/or services. The license granted hereunder is conditioned upon Licensee's acceptance of the terms set forth herein.
