These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Client purchases from Provider of Services, as well as licenses for software, hardware, support and maintenance services, and/or subscription services. Together with the Order and Master Services Agreement forms the Agreement between the parties the terms to which the parties agree to be bound. Except as otherwise stated therein, subsequently ordered Services shall be made a part of and subject to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between an Order and these Terms, the terms of the Order will prevail over these Terms.
