This Agreement is for the provision of professional architectural or engineering services Facilities Condition Assessment services to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, as requested by the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Professional Firm represents that he has the knowledge, ability, skills and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this Agreement.
