This document sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase of electricity from Stream Energy Columbia, LLC (“Stream”) for residential or small business electric services, as applicable. The terms “includes” or “including” shall mean “including without limitation.” For purposes of this Agreement, the terms “Customer” or “you” or “your” shall mean the person whose name appears on the bill for service under this Agreement (and for residential also includes that person’s spouse), or an authorized agent thereof.
