This Policy is underwritten by Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited for the HBL’s Assured Customers in Pakistan for a period of not over 12 months as defined under item # 2(m) and renewable as per terms and condition of this Policy and the Master Agency Agreement whereby the Bank is authorized to advertise, offer, market and sell this insurance to its customers in Pakistan as per agreed terms and conditions contained in the Master Agency Agreement.
