This Agreement is made between Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Université Paris 6), France, hereinafter referred to as ‘UPMC’ and the University of Durham, represented by the Department of Mathematical Sciences hereinafter referred to as “University of Durham”. The attached Annexes form an integral part of this Agreement and are hereby incorporated into it.
