This Interconnection Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective upon Commission approval1 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between SBC Telecom, Inc. (“CO-PROVIDER”), a Delaware corporation, and U S WEST Communications, Inc. (“U S WEST”), a Colorado corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and the purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
