Lines 1-6 Exclusive Authority to Act for Buyer as a Buyer’s Agent: A buyer gives a firm the exclusive authority as the buyer’s agent to locate and negotiate the acquisition of an interest in property. No other party can act as the buyer’s agent for properties covered by a WB-36 Buyer Agency agreement. The buyer may have another buyer’s agent when that agreement involves a property excluded from the first WB-36.
