THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 8th day of November 2023, by and between the Arizona Department of Revenue (“Department”) and the City of Douglas, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”). This Agreement shall supersede and replace all previous intergovernmental agreements, including amendments thereto, entered into by the Department and City regarding the administration, collection, audit, and/or licensing of transaction privilege tax, use tax, severance tax, jet fuel excise and use taxes, and rental occupancy taxes (collectively referred to as “Taxes”) imposed by the State, City, and other Arizona municipalities.
