Box 2138, Santa Monica, CA 90407 ("RAND") and the undersigned Restricted Data Investigator and Center Director (if applicable) to protect against potential misuse or disclosure of Restricted Data relating to RAND's Los Angeles Family and Neighborhood Survey (“L.A.FANS”) has ended or is being terminated.
