This license agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between Bhangrabeats® Denmark, and you (“Instructor”), and shall be deemed effective as of Instructor’s enrollment date (the “Effective Date”). Whereas, Bhangrabeats® is the owner of the Bhangrabeats® program, trademark and logos (called the Marks herein). Bhangrabeats® uses the Marks on or in connection with educational services, specifically, providing classes in the field of dance and exercise (the “Services”).
