The Bond Purchase Contract hereinafter set forth, between the Village of Northport, Michigan, part of the first part, and the United States of America, party of the second part, is hereby approved and Walter T. Lackie, Village president and Clarence E. Scott, Village Clerk, are hereby designated and authorized to execute and sign forthwith said contract in behalf of the Village of Northport, Michigan, and to deliver the said contract to the Federal Emergency Administrator of Public Works at Washington, D. C.
