The board of directors (Board) of Bonvests Holdings Limited (Company) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bonvests Trading Pte Ltd, has entered into a share purchase agreement dated 27 February 2009 (Share Purchase Agreement) for the acquisition of the entire share capital of P.T. Bintan Vista (Investment) from Mr Henry Ngo, a director and controlling shareholder of the Company, and his son, Andy Guoyuan Xie, as vendors, for the aggregate purchase consideration of S$10,945,725/- (Purchase Consideration) payable in cash on completion.
