THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of _ , 202_, by and between THREE VALLEYS MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a public agency (hereinafter “the District”), and the CITY OF COVINA, a public agency (hereinafter “the City”). The District and the City are sometimes referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
