This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiff Oscar Iruegas (“Plaintiff”) on behalf of himself, the Proposed Class (defined below), the State of California as private attorney general, and on behalf of all Aggrieved Employees (as defined below) and Defendant BALD EAGLE SECURITY SERVICES, INC. (“Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
