This cooperative agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into pursuant to Article 5-G of the New York General Municipal Law by and between the boards of education of the Brighton Central, Brockport Central, Churchville-Chili Central, East Irondequoit Central, East Rochester Central, Fairport Central, Gates-Chili Central, Hilton Central, Holley Central, Honeoye Falls Lima Central, Kendall Central, Penfield Central, Pittsford Central, Spencerport Central, Webster Central, West Irondequoit Central, Wheatland Chili Central school districts and the Monroe 1 Board of Cooperative Educational Services (the “BOCES 1”) and the Monroe 2 Board of Cooperative Educational Services (the “BOCES 2”) (individually, a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”) and any other public school district or Board of Cooperative Educational Services in the State of New York.
