WHEREAS, a Contribution Arrangement dated July 27, 2016 was entered into by the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of the Treasury (the “Supporting Country”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as Trustee (the “World Bank,” and together with the Supporting Country, the “Parties”), as has been amended (the “Contribution Arrangement”), for the purpose of receiving funds for the Trust Fund, MTO 069029, supporting the Global Concessional Financing Facility (the “GCFF”), and for which capitalized terms used therein and herein are used as defined in the Glossary in the Operations Manual of the GCFF, as approved by the Steering Committee of the GCFF; and
