THIS AGREEMENT, and amendments and supplements thereto, is made between the Midwestern Higher Education Commission (hereinafter MHEC) located at 105 Fifth Avenue South, Suite 450 Minneapolis, MN 55401, for the benefit of the Eligible Organizations located in the MHEC member states, and RK CONSULTANCY SERVICES, INC., (hereinafter RKCS or Supplier) located at 3800 American Blvd W, Suite 1500 Minneapolis, MN 55431. For purposes of this Master Agreement MHEC and RKCS are referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as “Party”.
