This Artist VR License Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of April 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between you (hereinafter “Artist”), and Big Rock Creative, Inc. (hereinafter “BRC”), a Delaware Corporation with a principal place of business at 17216 Saticoy Street, #238, Van Nuys, CA 91406 (sometimes referred to hereinafter collectively as the “Parties”, and each individually, a “Party”).
