This Chapter 381 Economic Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Comal County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”) and Ben E. Keith Company d/b/a Ben E. Keith Foods, a Texas corporation (“Ben E. Keith”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
