This Government of Liberia-Civil Society Partnership Memorandum of Understanding and its corresponding Policy Framework are dedicated to the people of Liberia from all walks of life that over the years have demonstrated remarkable resilience in the face of grave challenges time after time. The Liberian People deserve improvement in the quality of their lives and are already taking steps in the villages, towns, and cities to advance their lives.
