This lnterlocal Agreement for Maintenance of the Campbell Triangle/Esplanade (this "Agreement") is between the City of Houston, Texas (the "City"), a municipal corporation located in Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery Counties, Texas and Harris County (the "County"), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas. The County and the City are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
