This Stipulated Class and Collective Action Settlement (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and among Claimant, ROBERT HUFFMAN (“Huffman” or “Claimant”), for himself individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class and Collective, and Respondent, RRH- FLORIDA, LLC d/b/a DENNY’s (“Respondent”) (Claimant and Respondent are referred to collectively as the “Parties”). This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (and those additional claims released by Claimant, Huffman, individually) upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement.
