The Availity Advanced Clearinghouse Interface provides the ability to perform electronic data interchange (EDI) for submitting insurance claims electronically and the exchange of other data transactions. By accessing or using the Availity Advanced Clearinghouse Interface (“Interface”) system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use (this “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully as it constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must immediately cease accessing EZBIS’s system and you must surrender any password granted to you. The terms of this Agreement bind you, unless such other agreement provides otherwise.
