Each is a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties" including any of their respective current or future subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors or related entities or persons. Ezra Ozer and Hilda Combs (hereafter defined as Discloser) will disclose and otherwise provide (hereafter defined as Recipient) with certain Confidential Information as defined herein.
