This AGREEMENT is made this 24 day of April, 2024, in the Territory of the United States Virgin Islands, by and between the VIRGIN ISLANDS HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic constituting a public corporation and autonomous governmental instrnmentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, whose address is 3202 Demarara Plaza, Suite 200, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802-6447 (hereinafter referred to as "VIHFA") and UNIVERSAL BUSINESS SUPPLIES, INC. a corporation incorporated in the U.S. Virgin Islands, whose address is 8197 Sub Base, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802 (hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER"). SELLER and the VIHFA may sometimes hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."
