These Aeropay Merchant Terms of Service, as may be amended from time to time (the “Terms”) are part of the Aeropay Merchant Agreement between you and Aero Payments, Inc. (“ Aeropay”) and apply to your use of an Aeropay account (“Account”) and any Aeropay products and services that you access using an Account, including via websites, applications, or through any other means (the “Aeropay Services”). These Terms of Service have legal implications. It is important you read these Terms of Service and consult legal counsel as deemed appropriate by you at your own expense.
