REGARDING INTERCONNECT (“Agreement”), entered into this 4th day of June, 2019 by and between the Town of Dillon (“Dillon”), a home rule municipality of the State of Colorado, and Dillon Valley District (the “District”), a metropolitan district and quasi-municipality of the State of Colorado, amends and restates in its entirety that certain Intergovernmental Agreement between Dillon and the District dated March 29, 2002 (the “Original Agreement”). Dillon and the District are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
