THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 16, 2016, between the City of Avondale, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”), and DWL Architects + Planners, Inc., an Arizona corporation (the “Consultant”).
