THIS JOINT USE AGREEMENT for Community Facilities, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement,” is made and entered into this 1st day of September 2022, by and between the Rancho Cordova Police Activities League, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “PAL” and the City of Rancho Cordova, a California municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City.” PAL and the City may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” “RCYC Staff” shall include both Club and Rancho Cordova Police Activities personnel.
