Box 1591, Pensacola, Florida, 32597-1591, its successors and assigns (hereinafter, the “County”), acting through its Board of County Commissioners, and the City of Pensacola, a Florida municipal corporation created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with administrative offices at 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida 32502 (hereinafter referred to as the ”City”).
