The initial term of the Agreement shall be from January 1, 2021 (the "Effective Date") through December 31, 2021. The Agreement shall continue in effect for the initial term and shall be automatically renewed as of the Anniversary Date of Agreement on a yearly basis thereafter until terminated. The Anniversary Date of Agreement shall be January 1, 2022.
