Unit 9 Memorandum of Understanding2020-2022 • July 24th, 2020
This two-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or labor contract was negotiated by your PECG Bargaining Team and CalHR, which represents the Governor, and was ratified by the PECG members in State Bargaining Unit 9 and the Legislature. This MOU establishes the pay, benefits, and working conditions for all Bargaining Unit 9 employees from July 1, 2020 through July 1, 2022. These provisions will continue in effect beyond that date if negotiations on a subsequent MOU do not result in a timely agreement.
