This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the End User License Agreement (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between 4D Payments, Inc., and Customer for the purchase of software and technical support services from 4D Payments, Inc (collectively identified as “Services”), wherein such End User License Agreement is hereinafter defined as the “Agreement,” and whereby this DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
