This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Carlos Gonzalez (“Plaintiff”), on the one hand, and defendants El Prado Cleaning Service, Inc., Jose Albillo, and Carlos Albillo (collectively, “Defendants”), on the other. The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendants collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
