Malloy, its Mayor, hereunto duly authorized, and INDUSTRIAL/ORGANIZATION SOLUTIONS, INC., 1127 S. Mannheim Road, Suite 203, Westchester, Illinois 60154-2562, hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”, acting herein by Chad C. Legel, M.S., President, duly authorized.
