This Software as a Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs the access to and use of the software-as-a-service provided by Safety Badger, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with an address at 3730A California Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127 (“Provider”) as set forth on the Order Form (defined below) (the “Services”). By executing the Order Form and accessing the Services, Customer (defined below)) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
