THIS IS AN AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) effective as of , 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Madison County Board of Supervisors, Post Office Box 608, Canton, Mississippi 39046-0608 (“Owner”) and Rudy Warnock, P.E., Warnock & Associates, 158 West Center Street, Canton, Mississippi 39046 (“Engineer”). Owner intends to construct a new roadway from Galleria Parkway East to Highway 51 at Greenoak Lane. This phase of the project shall consist of building a 2-lane roadway with a bridge over Bear Creek and a bridge over the Railroad. Engineering services will include all engineering required including, bridge improvement, intersection improvments, lane improvements, ect. Owner intends with this Agreement to employ Engineer to conduct envirionmental engineering, design engineering and construction engineering services related to Reunion Phase III-A Road and Bridge Project (the “Project”).
