This AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between MLS Technology Platform, LLC d.b.a. MLS GRID (“MLS GRID”), a Delaware limited liability company, CloseHack (“Vendor”) and Noble Smith Jr. (“Participant”). Each of the foregoing is a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
