This Agreement is made this day of December, 2016 between the Will County Center for Economic Development, an Illinois not-for-profit Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “CED”) and the County of Will, a body corporate and politic, existing under the laws of the State of Illinois (hereinafter referred to as “County”).
