This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the XXX Rewards Program (“Program”). Your participation in this Program enables you to earn points that may be redeemed for various rewards. In this Agreement, “you” and “your” mean the person(s) who maintains an account with us individually and collectively “we,” “our,” “us,” and “XXX” mean XXX.
