This Intergovernmental Agreement for Joint Management of Broadband Network (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective for all purposes as of April , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) between the City of John Day (“John Day”), an Oregon municipal corporation, City of Seneca (“Seneca”), an Oregon municipal corporation, and Grant County (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of Oregon.
