This contract requires the successful bidder to furnish all services, labor, material and equipment to perform street light pole painting as identified in these specifications, within the corporation limits of the City of Upper Arlington Ohio to the approval of the City Manager or his assigned representatives. The locations and preparation level for the poles are included in this bid package with the vast majority being located between Waltham Rd. on the north side, Northwest Blvd. on the east side, Fifth Ave. on the south side and Riverside Dr. on the west side. Also included in this year’s contract is the painting of all of the street light poles on Reed Rd. from Henderson to Fishinger and (5) lighting control cabinets.
