In consideration of SAS Software Ltd. (“SAS”) accepting the participation of Sponsor at the SAS® Forum UK 2019 and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is expressly acknowledged, Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the following:
