Event 1 Software, Inc., an Oregon corporation ("Event 1"), and ("Customer") agree that the following terms and conditions shall govern support services and/or consulting services to be provided by Event 1 to Customer, as more particularly defined in Section 1.A.(i) and Section 1.B.(i) below (hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as “Services”).
